Harken has generously offered its facility to the ILYA for the annual Fall meetings. Plan to attend Saturday, October 28 to see the presentation of our Annual Awards and participate in a day of discussion regarding the spirit of fair sailing.

 

At the request of the junior / youth sailing administration and race committee at the Inland Championship, a concerted effort will be made to solidify our expectations and implementation of procedures to assure the most sportsmanlike behavior for ALL OUR FLEETS.

 

In many ways, this begins at home within the ILYA sailing schools. Every member Club should designate someone or several people from the Club to participate in this discussion. Together we can determine a path to assure we maintain our high expectation of Corinthian sailing on the waters of the Inland lakes. 

 

The Board of Directors meeting will be held Sunday, October 29th and all are welcome to attend. Please join in if you would like to learn more about how the ILYA operates.
